Rates
At Maritime Therapy, we believe therapy should be affordable.
Individual Sessions cost $175
Couples Sessions cost $200
Please contact me to discuss fees. I can do sliding scale for eligible clients. I can also provide a superbill so you can be reimbursed by your insurance provider- see below.
Insurance
We accept CIGNA and LA CARE (Carelon) Health insurance. If you are in a different insurance network, I can offer a superbill for reimbursement, which I provide to all clients as a receipt. Most insurance providers will reimburse you 60-90%. Please check with your insurance plan directly for details.
Payment
Debit, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), HSA, and FSA are accepted for payment at the time of service.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change an appointment please let me know within 48 hours of the appointment so we can reschedule you for another time. No shows or cancellation within the 48 hour window may be charged for the session.
